Preparation
Empty one packet into a bowl. Add slowly 200 to 230 ml of hot but not boiling water and stir for a few seconds until dissolves well. Add salt and / or pepper to taste, and consume within 10 minutes.

Aerobic

The word aerobic comes from the Greek words aero (air) and bios (life) meaning „living in the presence of oxygen”.
